Concurrent Sessions are presented in four themes or tracks. There are seven concurrent session times or blocks. Each block has at least two of the four tracks. A description of each track is below. Leadership Development

OΔK is first and foremost about leadership. This track will help members explore their leadership, challenge them to rethink perspectives, and consider new ways of leading in the 21st century.

Professional Development

Experienced professionals know that one never completes the journey to be the best at what they do. Our professional development track provides the opportunity to learn new skills, enhance current ones, and understand everything in between.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity

Our society is only as strong as the quality of the members we have. The diversity, inclusivity, and culture of openness that is central to our being is explored and celebrated in these sessions.

Circle Development

Leading sometimes requires “sweating the small stuff.” The circle development sessions provide insights and practical training on important circle functions such as recruitment, fundraising, marketing, and programming.
