Registration and Fees

When is the registration deadline?
We will accept registrations until April 1, 2021. If you are unable to register by April 1, please contact us. We’ll do our best to make arrangements for every member who wishes to attend the conference.

Who is eligible to attend the conference?
Anyone who is a member of Omicron Delta Kappa is eligible to attend. We encourage new members, student officers, advisors, and lifetime members to join us in a celebration of leadership. Evaluations from past years reveal that the best conference experience is one where two to four members from a circle attend together. The shared experience of learning from leadership experts and peers strengthens individuals and circles.

What is the conference registration fee?
Registration fees can be found on the registration page. All fees must be paid in advance of the conference. The fee this year is significantly less than any other year. Circles can send 6 members for what 1 member would have cost in 2020.

What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to all activities, programs, videos, and services provided through the EventMobi platform. Only registered members will have access to speakers, the Leadership Lounge, and other great features of our online experience.

What is the refund policy?

Because of the low price for this conference, we are not offering refunds for cancellation.  If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another member. All cancellations/transfer requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable).

Registrations may be transferred to another individual until March 31, 2021. On or after April 1, 2021, registrations may not be transferred

Technology

Where do I find out about the EventMobi app and platform for the conference?

The ODK 2021 National Leadership Conference will be utilizing an online conference platform called EventMobi. The platform offers many opportunities to engage with speakers, sponsors, and your fellow attendees. These experiences include but are not limited to: the creation of a personalized schedule, the ability to take notes, access to group discussions, and the ability to complete challenges to earn points and possibly prizes.

Technology problems can put a damper on any experience. We hope to help you avoid these problems or have quick solutions to them both prior to and throughout your conference experience. During the conference, we will provide you with a helpdesk that will allow you to ask real-time questions with our planning team to try and solve your problem. Additionally, we have created and are continuing to grow a list of frequently asked questions about the Eventmobi platform such as how to access to platform/conference.

Who is Attending?

How can I tell who is attending?

For a list of circles with at least one collegiate member attending, click here. Participants will be able to view information about all attendees by logging into their EventMobi account.
