Alex Beato is a second-year law student at Georgia State University College of Law. At GSU Law, Alex also works as a graduate assistant for Alexis Martinez, the Associate Dean for Student Affairs, and is a Symposium Editor for the College of Law’s Law Review. Prior to law school, she attended Berry College where she served as her ODK Circle’s president. Alex is excited to be a part of this conference and can’t wait to Navigate 21st Century Leadership with everyone!

Ashley Hendricks is excited to participate in the conference! She has over 10 years of experiencing organizing in-person and online events. Currently, she is the coordinator for The Mary Lee Tucker Clothe-A-Child program in Northeast Ohio. She enjoys volunteering at Speech and Debate competitions and high school academic organizations.

Eric is a graduate student at Ball State University where he studies statistics and social psychology. At Ball State, he also teaches core curriculum math courses and participates in research on the topics of prejudice and discrimination. Eric is excited about a great conference!

EveMarie has over a decade of professional dance experience as a performer, choreographer, and teacher. She teaches in the Department of Theatre and Dance at the University of Kentucky where she earned her MA in Arts Administration, and she is the Editorial Assistant for the Journal of Arts Management, Law, and Society. She is very excited to be part of this wonderful conference!

Tim has served Omicron Delta Kappa since 2016 after nearly 30 years in university administration. His expertise includes leadership development, professional performance training, curriculum development, instruction, major event planning, and facilities management. He has presented extensively on leadership, organizational development, program planning, professional standards, and facility management. Like everyone else on the Conference Planning Team, he is excited about the new possibilities provided by an online national leadership conference!
